Sam is truly outstanding. He came exactly at the time set and diagnosed the problem with my printer in a few minutes. Since the problem was not fixable, he recommended a new printer. I needed a printer urgently and couldn’t wait more than a day. When he couldn’t find the one he recommended on-line that could be delivered the next day, he actually went to Office Depot and found a way to get the recommended printer to my house the next morning. As soon as it arrived he came to my house and hooked it up. I can’t remember when I’ve ever had such incredible and personalized service. He is truly the best!
Sam Mounzer, the owner, diagnosed the problem with my Brother laser but to be sure before ordering the part, had me photograph the damaged section. They ordered the part, sent me the receipt, and scheduled the repair. Sam came to the house on time, fixed the printer and was incredibly professional throughout the process. Additionally, he cost for repairs is much lower than other computer and printer repair services. I could not recommend him and his company enough!
Quick response, quick diagnosis pretty accurate but I fixed the dratted beast rather than replace the recommended part. It works (though grudgingly at times) for now and a several hundred dollar repair or $1k+ replacement has been postponed.
